INSTRUCTION
While you can play Hand To Hand one on one  (elimination format), we usually play with the entire group at once. If you have a large group, designate a few leaders to make sure that everyone is playing correctly and safely.
The game is simple. Have everyone in the group stand on one foot, while grabbing their other foot behind them (their foot to their rear). They will then hop around on one foot and try to push each other over with their remaining free hand.
If a person loses their grip on their foot or their foot touches the ground, they are out. The only other rule is that they must go hand to hand in order to push someone over. If they push people over by using their shoulder or purposefully bumping into them with their body, they are out.
Last man or woman standing, wins!
BONUS TIPS
1. Put a time limit on the game to encourage people to engage in hand to hand battle.
2. Create teams and pit them against each other. At the end of the time limit, the team with the most left wins.
3. If individuals are too spread out, narrow the area. You can use cones or just specify a space to keep the game moving.
4. Crank some good battle or inspirational music up in the background. If you read my blog, you know I’m a huge Eye of the Tiger fan, but pretty much anything from the 300 soundtrack will work as well.
